This is an additional chargeable service we provide with our platform. Once you set up the Whitelabel service for your website, it will be valid for a single domain. If you change your domain or hosting, the setup will need to be done again, and you will incur the associated charges.

Definition of Whitelabel Service: Whitelabel service allows for the customization of our platform to remove any references to “Lefroyedutech,” including the name and URL, from the student’s panel.

Admin Panel Visibility: While we will make every effort to minimize the visibility of “Lefroyedutech” in the Admin Panel, there may be occasions where sub-users or administrators may still encounter references to “Lefroyedutech.” We will strive to reduce this as much as possible.

Limitation of Liability: We cannot guarantee the complete removal of all references to “Lefroyedutech” from the Admin Panel. As a result, we will not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the visibility of “Lefroyedutech” in the Admin Panel despite our efforts to minimize its presence.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information exchanged during the Whitelabel customization process.

Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights associated with the white-labeled platform, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, will remain the sole property of “Lefroyedutech” or its licensors.

By proceeding with the Whitelabel customization of our platform, you agree to these terms and conditions.

We are not liable for any expired, misplaced, or incorrectly used coupons. Once a purchase is made, you accept full responsibility for the coupon’s use. You also confirm that all information provided to us is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or expiration of coupons resulting from misleading or incorrect details.

Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We do not take responsibility for price discrepancies between the same coupon for different users. This agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective upon receipt of the email between Lefroyedutech (the “Company”) and the receiving party (the “Affiliate” or “Partner”). By accepting this email, the Affiliate agrees to the terms outlined below.

Whereas, the Company operates in the online education and consulting business and has developed, owns, and offers various training programs and platforms; Whereas, the Company has developed the Practice Resources Inc. Affiliate Program (the “Program”), which allows members to participate in the purchase of the Company’s educational products and services; Whereas, both Parties wish to use the Company’s online platform for the coaching of their students, solely for the benefit of their institution. Now, Therefore, the Parties agree as follows:

The clauses above are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of this Agreement.

This Agreement will begin on the effective date of acceptance and continue until terminated by the Company.

The following terms are defined as used in this Agreement:

• “Company Website” refers to www.ltpltech.com or any alternate or updated website designated by the Company, including all its subdomains.
• “Company Products” includes all educational and coaching platforms, products, and events created and offered by the Company. The Company may alter the content of these products at its discretion.
• “Confidential Information” refers to all proprietary information shared between the Parties that is not publicly available, including financial data, marketing strategies, customer information, and any other information the Parties agree to keep private.
• “Customer” refers to any person who purchases Company products directly as a result of the Affiliate’s marketing efforts.
• “Visitor” refers to any person who clicks on a link to the Company’s Website.

The Affiliate is granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use the Company’s products and marketing materials solely for their own internal purposes during the term of this Agreement. All content, technology, and intellectual property provided to the Affiliate remains the sole property of the Company. The Affiliate may not alter or create derivatives of any Company marks, trademarks, content, or images provided. All rights to these materials are retained by the Company, and the Affiliate agrees to not challenge the Company’s ownership.

The Affiliate agrees to keep all confidential and proprietary information received from the Company private. This includes, but is not limited to, product details, business strategies, customer data, and any other non-public information. The Affiliate must not disclose this information to third parties without prior written consent from the Company and will take reasonable measures to protect it.

The Company is not responsible for expired, misplaced, or incorrectly used coupons. Once a coupon is purchased, the Affiliate is fully responsible for its usage. The Company disclaims any liability for coupon expiration or loss resulting from incorrect or misleading information provided by the Affiliate. Prices for services are subject to change without notice, and the Company is not liable for price discrepancies. Discounts are available for limited periods, and no claims for discounts will be accepted after the promotion ends. For questions related to voucher validity, bookings, or cancellations, please refer to pearsonpte.com. The Company is a reseller of discounted PTE exam vouchers and is not responsible for changes to the terms of service on Pearson’s website. All rights are reserved by Pearson VUE.

The Platform provided to the Affiliate is for internal use only within the institution and its students. The reselling of products to other users is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in blocked access, with no refunds issued. The Platform is intended for mock test practice within the Affiliate’s organization.

Refunds are not provided once a paid plan is activated. If the Affiliate cancels, their account access will be revoked. Digital goods are not covered by consumer protection regulations, and once purchased, no refunds or protections apply. Account validity and policies are subject to change without prior notice.
